Lt. Gen. Kim Yong Chol walks away
As per a story form the AP, it seems that Lt. Gen .Kim Yong Chol is tired of wasting his breath. After three days of talks with South Korea, the only agreement that came out of it was that it was time to stop talking. The Lt. Gen. is quoted as saying “We’ve come to the conclusion that we don’t need these fruitless talks any more”. The sessions took place in the truce village Panmunjom and ended today, July 26.
