I have never watched “The Simple Life” and it looks like many people are opting not to watch it anymore. After five seasons, the show is being cancelled as a result of low ratings. Could it be that the recent legal problems that these two ladies have had was enough to turn their public off?

'The Simple Life' simply no longer as popular

Actually the legal actions seem to have increased a lot of fans interest in the 2. The show is most likely being cancelled due to the 'new' wearing off.

There's only so much stupid a person can take. It’s funny at first, then humorous in passing, then irritating, then "OK, seriously, turn it off now!"

Here’s a dialogue from one of the seasons:

Paris, “I really dig the color blue.”

Guy: “Yeah, it’s a cool color I guess.”

Paris, “I’m really glad we had this deep conversation.”

And I’m not even kidding.

I think I just lost a brain cell reading that dialogue.
